The most important requirement for renting one of our vehicles at We Care Rent is, of course, having a valid driver's license in Germany.

The rental period is set for a minimum of 6 months, including 3,000 free kilometers per month. Unused kilometers will not be reimbursed.

Mehrkilometer werden mit 0,80 € inkl. MwSt. berechnet.

Contracts are always made for the total duration, which ranges from 6 to 12 months depending on the vehicle.

It is possible to transfer the contract to someone else, provided they have sufficient creditworthiness.

For this, an inquiry with your rental preferences (e.g., compact car, automatic, 150 HP) must be made.

Based on the provided details, we will offer you the most suitable and quickly available vehicle.

The vehicles are available at varying speeds, ranging from 4 business days to up to 2 months. If the desired vehicle is unavailable, we will work with the customer to find a satisfactory alternative.

Trips abroad are allowed in the following countries:

Österreich, Schweiz, Italien, Spanien, Portugal, Frankreich, Kroatien, Slowenien, Slowakei, Ungarn, Polen, Belgien, Niederlande, Dänemark, Norwegen, Schweden, Finnland, Griechenland, Lichtenstein, Luxemburg.

Fahrten in alle nicht hier aufgeführten Länder sind ausdrücklich untersagt. Eine vorübergehende, ununterbrochene Nutzung im Ausland darf 8 Wochen nicht überschreiten. Bei unerlaubten Fahrten ist mit einer Strafgebühr von 1.000€ zu rechnen und kann bis zur Anzeige führen.

Die Regelungen, die Sie beschrieben haben, beziehen sich auf die Nutzung eines Mietfahrzeugs bei We Car Rent. Demnach dürfen nur Personen, die im Besitz einer gültigen Fahrerlaubnis aus einem EU-Staat sind und das erforderliche Mindestalter je nach Fahrzeugkategorie erfüllen, das Fahrzeug fahren.

Darüber hinaus ist es erlaubt, das Fahrzeug an Verwandte ersten Grades (Eltern, Kinder), den Ehegatten oder den nicht ehelichen Lebensgefährten zu überlassen, wenn sie denselben Wohnsitz wie der Fahrzeughalter haben. Für alle anderen Personen muss eine ausdrückliche und schriftliche Zustimmung von We Car Rent vorliegen, bevor diese das Fahrzeug fahren dürfen. Diese Zustimmung erfolgt erst, nachdem eine Kopie des Personalausweises und des Führerscheins der betreffenden Person eingereicht wurde.

Diese Regelungen sorgen dafür, dass We Car Rent die Kontrolle darüber behält, wer das Fahrzeug nutzen darf, und gleichzeitig sichergestellt wird, dass nur berechtigte Fahrer das Fahrzeug führen.

Our vehicles are always delivered with the appropriate tires for the entire rental period. Often, they come with 8-tire sets (winter/summer tires), which can be stored and changed at our premises upon request.

For our vehicles, the deductible for the partial coverage insurance is €500 (depending on the vehicle, this may also be €1,000, see the vehicle details page). The deductible for the full coverage insurance is €1,000.

For each damage case, you are required to pay the deductible for the partial or full coverage insurance ("deductible") as specified in the booking agreement.

A processing fee of €20 will be charged for each incoming fine, penalty, toll fee, etc.

If you have an accident or damage, you are covered by the insurance included in the rental price (liability, partial and comprehensive insurance). Any accident or damage must be reported to Vabro-Cars immediately! Ideally, you should provide us with photos right away. If third parties are involved in the damage, you are required to call the police and have the damage documented. By third parties, we mean both individuals and objects or vehicles.

Possible examples of your actions in the event of damage: For instance, if you get a stone chip while driving on the highway, you must inform Vabro-Cars but do not need to call the police. However, if you hit a post, both Vabro-Cars and the police must be notified. Otherwise, the incident will be treated as a hit-and-run.

Damage refers to marks or issues that negatively impact the value of a car and can only be fixed through extensive repair techniques or replacement, such as deep scratches, paint wear, holes, cracks, breaks, smoke odor, or missing parts. Damages that fall below your deductible or are not covered by comprehensive insurance will be professionally repaired as cost-effectively as possible and then charged to you.

Wear and tear refers to marks that do not affect the car's value, are appropriate for the car's age and mileage, and can be addressed through regular maintenance, such as small stone chips or superficial scratches without paint damage (e.g., from car washes).

The renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period. We are happy to take care of the repairs upon agreement.

For any necessary repairs and inspections, we have our partner workshops in the area. Please make sure to contact us in advance via email at kontakt@vabro-cars.de so we can discuss the details with you.

We Car Rent does not provide a replacement vehicle in the event of a workshop visit.

For the pickup, an appointment will be arranged in Neuhausen. The vehicle's condition and accessories will be recorded using a handover protocol.

For the return, a return appointment will be scheduled 4 weeks before the end of the contract.

It is important to ensure that the vehicle is returned in a clean condition.

The vehicle will be inspected for potential wear and damage. To assist you, a neutral expert will be provided to document this together. You must be present at the return to sign the return protocol.

Only with this signed protocol is the contract officially completed.

What constitutes damage and what counts as normal wear and tear can be found in the relevant sections below (Insurance & Damages). We will compare the condition of the vehicle at handover and return, and inform you of any preparation or repair costs that may apply.

Please make sure that the vehicle is returned with all accessories, cleaned both inside and out, at the agreed time and location.
